Meet Melissa Clements

A Luxury Guild Member, Melissa Clements has served the Florida communities of 30A, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Seagrove Beach for several decades. She primarily caters to the luxury market, helping people searching for high-end vacation homes and a resort lifestyle with a particular niche in Gulf-front sales. She has represented many high-profile clients in the area throughout her years of service.

Melissa's real estate journey started in 1995 when she purchased her second home on the beach while living in Atlanta, Georgia. She quickly caught the real estate bug and started buying more lots to build and flip spec homes. It was easy for her to fall in love with the beautiful, scenic towns in Florida, with their miles of pristine beaches and friendly residents.

Over time, Melissa has cultivated an impressive portfolio of condos, townhomes, and more than 30 single-family homes in the 30A area. In 2002, Melissa officially received her realtor license and has used her extensive market knowledge and persistence to aid her clients ever since. Melissa often befriends her clients, regularly forming long-lasting friendships.

Her clients know her to be persistent, direct, and motivated. When Melissa is assigned a task, she will see it through to completion. She is also a straightforward and articulate communicator who can offer her customers an aggressive and creative marketing plan and a reputable vendor network consisting of contacts that can assist out-of-state owners with renovations, updates, or home maintenance.

During her years as a real estate professional, Melissa has fostered a strong reputation among her colleagues, which has become extremely helpful to the transaction process, as the market becomes increasingly competitive. Melissa takes great pride in her work and never offers something that cannot be delivered as planned. A top listing and sales agent, Melissa's highest-priced sale thus far has been for $7.4 million.

Melissa has been a local MLS tour director for eight years now. She also serves on the board of directors and architectural design review boards for several local neighborhoods. She is dedicated to her community and believes it is essential to give back, even working on the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors' grievance and MLS committees.​​​​​​​
